Empower Anesthesia was founded on a conviction that the anesthesia management industry was underperforming — not because of the providers in it, but because of the systems around them. Too many talented anesthesiologists and CRNAs were working inside structures that didn’t support clinical excellence or take accountability for outcomes. We were built to be the alternative.
Our founders brought together deep experience in clinical anesthesia, surgical facility operations, and healthcare revenue cycle management around one belief: the best patient outcomes start with the best-supported providers, operating inside a structure that owns results — clinical, operational, and financial.
